Working with us is very simple and straight-forward
When you contact us, a member of our team will discuss with you to know more about your property. We would arrange a visit to your property to ascertain its state and to assess any maintenance that may be required.

​We would then analyse and estimate the cost to maintain and manage the property. Make you a monthly guaranteed rent offer.

If you are happy with our offer, we would provide an agreement which is professionally prepared by our solicitors stating all the terms and conditions.

We would take over the property for 5 years (depending on the agreement). Upgrade it if required. Pay your guaranteed monthly rent with or without tenants.

We would put our professional tenants into the house, manage all tenant queries and attend to maintenance issues.

At the end of the agreed periods, you get your property back, usually in better condition, or if you are happy with us you can continue to rent it to us.

At any time during the contract, we would love to look into purchasing your property if you are interested.
HOW WE MAKE PROFIT
We make our profits from the tenants, by providing them with quality housing at flexible lengths along with professional services during their stay. This they are willing to pay a premium, which covers our costs and provides us with a profit. This way you get the monthly guaranteed amount and we take anything above that amount after paying the bills.
